Foulmouthed Brewing values diversity and inclusion as much as we value quality. It is our belief that a welcoming atmosphere not only fosters creativity, but also inherently begets quality, as a safe and comfortable workplace is one that everyone can take pride in.
Foulmouthed Brewing is committed to providing a safe and encouraging space for our employees and customers alike. We have a strict anti-harassment policy that applies to both our staff and visitors to prevent any mistreatment based on a person’s gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, neuro(a)typicality, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion. This policy applies to all managers, employees, guests, and vendors while on company property, company time, or at any company sponsored events.
Harassment can include but is not limited to: offensive comments related to any protected status as listed above, unwelcome comments related to a person's appearance or personal life, physical contact, threats or incitement of violence, deliberate intimidation, unwelcome sexual attention, discrimination, stalking or following.
It is critical that employees and guests feel comfortable reporting issues involving harassment. Reports can be made in person or via email directly to ownership level management (craig@foulmouthedbrewing.com or julia@foulmouthedbbrewing.com). Any guest not acting in accordance with the Code of Conduct may be asked to leave the premises. Any employee not acting in accordance with the Code of Conduct will be investigated and an appropriate course of action will be taken, which may include reprimand, suspension, and/or termination of employment.
